SafetyMAP is the name of the University's Safety Management Achievement Program. This link gives health and safety information for occupants of the John Medley Building, and the University's Environmental Health and Safety Manual.

Risk Assessment

Prior to commencing work, study or research at a non-University site (ie. local, interstate or overseas) the University seeks to ensure that its staff and students will be operating in a safe work environment when off-campus. To facilitate this, the University staff member needs to ensure that this form is completed prior to the commencement of work. The University supervisor and staff member should retain a copy of the completed form. The following forms are available for download.
